Sean Klein

Chief Legal Officer, Cambium Learning Group

Sean leads Cambium Learning’s Legal team, overseeing legal, corporate governance, and compliance matters. He and his team partner with Cambium Learning’s businesses to enable the achievement of their strategic objectives while effectively and efficiently mitigating risk.

Sean earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and his BS in Accounting from Georgetown University. Prior to becoming the General Counsel of Rosetta Stone in 2019, Sean served in other leadership roles at Rosetta Stone and other organizations, including Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel. He has over 20 years of legal experience gained through positions with in-house legal departments, law firms, and the federal government, including with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
