Ryan Brown

Chief Legal Officer, Cambium Learning Group

Ryan brings his passion for the transformational role that technology plays in the classroom to Cambium, having spent his career at the intersection of technology, education, and the law. He currently leads Cambium’s Legal team, overseeing legal, corporate governance, and compliance matters. He and his team partner with Cambium’s businesses to enable the achievement of their strategic objectives while effectively and efficiently mitigating risk.

Ryan holds a BA from Boston College and a Juris Doctor with concentration in Electronic Commerce and Computer Law from Oklahoma City University. Prior to joining Cambium, he served as corporate counsel for a variety of premier education technology companies including Rosetta Stone, American Education Corporation, and Stride, Inc. (formerly K12 Inc.). He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, Oklahoma, and Virginia (Corporate Counsel).
