David Shuster is a former classroom educator who uses his love of teaching to inspire and cultivate young minds. His never-ending goal is to provide the most effective and enjoyable math and science solutions in the world. Dave gets profound satisfaction when he sees the impact he has helped to make on student’s attitudes and success in STEM.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the University of Virginia. He founded ExploreLearning in 1999 and continues to guide the company’s strategic direction as president. Today, Dave stays passionately involved in the design, development, and evolution of ExploreLearning’s award-winning products to provide the very best educational experiences available.
